1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Invoices for Gmail, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Extension.

Invoices for Gmail is a browser extension that enables users to:

• Manage customer databases with Google Drive synchronization

• Generate PDF invoice attachments (Pro feature)
• Export invoice data for accounting purposes

3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Extension
• You must have a valid Gmail account
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• Your use must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

4. User Responsibilities

When using Invoices for Gmail, you agree to:

6. Pro Subscription Terms

Subscription Plans

• Monthly Plan: $1.50 per month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: $12 per year (equivalent to $1.00 per month)
• Lifetime Plan: One-time payment of $49.99

Payment and Billing

• All payments are processed securely through ExtPay
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Upon cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period

Pro subscription includes:

7. Data Ownership and Storage

• Your Data: You retain full ownership of all customer data, business information, and invoices you create
• Google Drive Storage: Your data is stored in your personal Google Drive account, which you control
• Data Portability: You can export your data at any time through the Extension interface
• No Data Mining: We do not analyze, sell, or use your business data for any purpose other than providing the invoicing service

8. Intellectual Property

• The Extension, including its code, design, and functionality, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for its intended purpose
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Extension
• All trademarks and logos used in the Extension remain the property of their respective owners

9. Service Availability

• We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Pro features in the 12 months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Extension
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the Extension

12. Termination

• By You: You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it
• By Us: We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms
• Effect of Termination: Your data in Google Drive remains yours; subscription benefits end immediately upon termination for cause
• Survival: Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination

13. Third-Party Services

The Extension integrates with:

• Google Services: Gmail and Google Drive APIs (subject to Google's Terms of Service)
• ExtPay: Payment processing service (subject to ExtPay's Terms of Service)

Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

14. Updates and Modifications

• We may update these Terms from time to time

• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
